Welcome Aboard Captain – Kartuga Officially Announced at the E3

Listen up pirates! Prepare to set sails and conquer the seas! Today we officially announced our upcoming 3D browser title at the E3 in Los Angeles: Kartuga. The game is an action packed-MMOG with a gritty pirate backdrop, featuring a cooperative PvP gameplay with several role-playing elements.

In Kartuga, you will assume the captain role of a mighty sailing ship – fighting with or against other players for honor, glory, and of course plenty of loot. As captain, you will have to choose between different ship classes: the graceful Destroyer, the mighty Protector, or the versatile Engineer. Each class will have its own special abilities, fitting your personal style of play. In Kartuga, you do not only sail across the seas to enjoy the beautiful landscape or the sunny weather, but rather try to become the greatest pirate of all time! Of course this is going to be a challenge, as other captains are dreaming of achieving this goal as well. So be aware: only the strongest will survive the seas of Kartuga. In order for you to do so, you will need to earn experience to constantly improve your ship, its crew and your equipment. And who knows – maybe you will even find brethren of the seas, to form a mighty gild and to rule the seas of Kartuga together. So stay tuned!
