In 2024, our Forge of Empires community helped plant 217,493 trees in the Dots.eco event. Starting 2025, we offer all employees a free “Deutschlandticket” for public transport.

Efforts to reduce waste and emissions include switching to LED lighting, installing water dispensers, using renewable energy, expanding vegetarian food options, upgrading to energy-efficient servers, and installing presence-controlled heating thermostats. A 77 kwp solar system now provides over 66% of our energy needs on workdays.

We annually donate to non-profits, with 2024's largest donation going to Hacker School to support programming education for underprivileged youth.
